Shepherd's Pie
I love so many items on the menu. One of my favorite is the Shepherd's Pie. Large portion. For sure add the cheddar cheese! It is delicious and you should definitely stop by. It is a regular spot for me. Excellent staff. Great prices too! Add it to your list of places to pop in and try out the great menu. 5 stars from this happy regular!

Battered Sausage
The special banger made by Fischer Family Farms Pork is delicious! The batter is shatteringly crisp, and this goes great with some chips and curry sauce.
Tartar Sauce
The Anchor fish and chips ARE the real deal! My husband and I order the same thing every time we dine in or get takeout: fish and chips with tartar sauce! Service is always excellent and the food tasty. When dining in, you get the extra fun bonus of watching the cooks make the fish and chips in the open kitchen. My husband orders a local beer on tap. I can't resist having a glass of chardonnay or Prosecco, or both. We usually park for free on the street when the parking lot is full. The music is great and I love the image of Mr. Spock above the entrance door.
Fish & Chips
We absolutely love this place! Gish is always amazing and service is fantastic. We don't live in Minneapolis, out daughter does but we make sure to hit up Anchor while we are there. Which is quite often. Keep doing a wonderful job!!!
Battered Sausage & Chips
Love this place I have had alot of delicious food here and their fish and chips,Sheppards pie mushy peas all excellent true pub food. 6 🌟 the service is also excellent. It is a must visit!
Veggie Burger & Chips
Wow! Literally the best veggie burger i have ever had, you can see the veggies in it too! Make sure to get it with the ceddar cheese on top!
Mushy Peas
Peas, Heavenly Mushy Peas! Buttery, creamy deliciousness with that fresh taste of green peas that should never be missed when visiting the Anchor!
Fish & Chips
I had recently heard about this place through a friend. I've always loved fish and figured I'd better give it a try. The fish was exactly what I was hoping for and the fries are delightful. Now I'm going here as often as possible. I can't wait to get my next fix of Anchor Fish & Chips
Fish & Chips
I have been going to Anchor for 10 years (usually multiple times a month) and every single time the fish and chips are show-stoppingly excellent. Always fresh, piping hot, and golden brown delicious. The staff is also incredible, always serving up the warmest hospitality that makes the food taste even better. It has become a family tradition that whenever we travel, our first dinner back is from Anchor because the food just feels like home :)
