We offer catering for private events such as:
- Private Parties (Birthday, Graduation, Anniversary)
- Workplace (Employee Appreciation, Holiday Parties)
- Large Scale Events (Sporting Events, Music Festivals)
- Community Events (Street Fairs, Block Parties)
If you have a group of people and you want to be fed, we're your truck.
How far will you travel?
- The Anchor Food Truck can travel within a maximum radius of 20 miles from the downtown Minneapolis area
Private Event Pricing for 2 hr Bookings:
$2500 for up to the first 100 guests & after that $25 per person. A minimum gratuity of 20% is added to the total for our staff. Pricing includes a choice of all food items on our Food Truck menu, soda & water. (see below for additional info)
Additional Hour (s)
If additional time is required beyond the 2 hr booking, we charge a minimum of $1000 per additional hour. (which would cover up to 40 people) If the number of guests exceeds that minimum, that will be added to your overall Invoice at an additional $25 per person.
We require a deposit of 50% once all details are confirmed, which will be charged to you 2 months before the event date. The balance will be paid at the end of the event.
Pricing includes:
- Personal set up meeting & ongoing correspondence with our Food Truck organizer up to the day of your event.
- Full cooking & service staff on the day to provide quality food: cater to the volume of guests & swift service.
- Permits to cater for any locations within the Twin Cities & suburbs of Minneapolis & St Paul.
- Travel time & expenses to location of your event
- We provide all compostable food containers & utensils which will be taken away by our staff at the end of your event. This includes any recycling of soda or water containers.
